Shipping Well Underway

You did it!  We can't say thank you enough for sticking with us over these last few months as we nailed down logistics. Due to your help, we are now confident that the target will be met: all rewards will ship in July. You have been very patient and we are happy to announce that over 40% of the rewards have been shipped as of this evening!

We will continue to pack and ship rewards over the next couple of days. We hope to be 100% complete by Friday.  Today, a batch of over 1500 rewards went out on a USPS truck.

We will be sending tracking numbers via email. These numbers were generated on the 28th of June and will not update until USPS scans your label into their system.  If you receive a tracking number and the link appears to not work, give it 24-48 hours. We will work through issues with you as we get close to fulfilling our promise to you.

You all have been wonderful and so supportive.  As you get your rewards in we would love to see you playing with them! Hit us up on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Use the hashtag #hexcup and tag us in your photos.

Hey Backers! The time has come. Shipping preparation.

Our 40 ft HQ container arrived at our warehouse today at 1pm CST. It was exciting to crack open the container and take a peek inside.  The Hexcup sets look great and there was no damage during transit.  We also received the buckets for those of you who supported us at the Gametime level.  These buckets are pretty cool, not gonna lie.

We will be starting to ship rewards this Friday!!

We will post another update as we move through the packing groups.  There will be tracking available for Domestic orders only.  You should receive a tracking number via email when we ship your specific rewards out.  We intend to have all shipping done by next Friday, July 15th.  This brings us to Pre-orders. For everyone who supported us on BackerKit, we have moved pre-orders to Hexcup.com with a newly revamped website. Go check it out! Pre-orders will ship out after Kickstarter rewards, then you will be able to order Hexcup sets in real-time.

Also, we still have 236 backers who have not filled out their surveys. We cannot ship your rewards until these surveys are complete and you provide us with your address.  If you haven't already done so, you can fill it out here: https://hexcup-worlds-best-beer-pong-cup.backerkit.com/
