Locking Down Surveys and Shipping Addresses

Hi Everyone!
It's a good sign that this is your last chance to fill out your survey or change your addresses (Instructions below)! We will be locking down the shipping address tomorrow so please change it if you need to.
If you need to change your address please go to the following link and enter your email address. https://hexcup-worlds-best-beer-pong-cup.backerkit.com/ Most likely it's your email address associated with your Kickstarter account or your Facebook account. You will then receive an email that will direct you to your survey. If you don't receive anything please search your email spam folders. This email will be coming from Backerkit.
Today is the last day to fill out your survey or change your address. Once we lock down the shipping addresses tomorrow, that is where your rewards will be sent. If you are not able to get the survey completed by tomorrow, after shipping starts your reward shipment may be delayed until all the other rewards are shipped from the people that have completed their survey.

Packages Printed - They Look Good!

Hey there Hexcup™ Fans,
We wanted to let you know that the Hexcup™ Team has been busy this last month getting things prepared for our backers, you guys! The packaging has been printed and looks pretty awesome. See the picture at the bottom of this update.
Surveys were sent out 3 weeks ago via BackerKit. If you did not get your survey, please go to the link below and enter your email address associated with your Kickstarter account. Make sure you check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
The survey lock down date has been set for March 31st! That will be the last day to fill out your survey or change your addresses. Once we lock down the shipping addresses, that is where your rewards will be sent.
If you are not able to get the survey completed by that date, after shipping starts your reward shipment may be delayed until all the other rewards are shipped from the people that have completed their survey.

If you have already filled out your survey to provide your shipping address, thank you! For those that have not filled out the survey, please take some time to fill it out as soon as you can. We need your shipping address so that we can ensure timely deliveries of your Hexcups.
Some of you have contacted us about missing surveys. Please go here https://hexcup-worlds-best-beer-pong-cup.backerkit.com/ to recover your survey if you have not received it in your email. Your survey could be under the email associated with your Kickstarter account or with your Facebook account so please try both if one of them is not working.

If you pledged you should have gotten a survey by email on Friday evening. Thanks to those who have already filled it out!
To give your shipping information, please just find the link in your email and fill out the short survey. If you didn't get the survey email, please have it resent by entering your email here:
Please go ahead and fill it out completely. If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.

Thank you for being patient during the collection period. We will send an email with a special link to BackerKit surveys very soon. It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.
If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you would prefer to use, please contact support at hexcup-worlds-best-beer-pong-cup.backerkit.com/faq and we'll get you sorted out!
